Fees

Conference registration | $660 per person
Includes Thursday cocktail reception, all educational sessions and all meals except Friday dinner.

Friday evening dinner and entertainment | $125 per person
This is available to conference attendees and their guests.

Guest meal package | $275 per person
Includes Thursday reception and breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. Does not include educational sessions or Friday dinner and entertainment.

Cancellation policy

The online conference registration deadline is Sept. 22 at 5 p.m. Registration after Sept. 22 can be completed by emailing learning@hanys.org. Cancellations should be made in writing to learning@hanys.org by Sept. 14 and are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for cancellations received after Sept. 14 or for failing to attend will be forfeit.

Health and safety policy

Your safety is our top priority. HTNYS will follow the state and/or federal COVID-19 safety guidelines in place when the Conference occurs, which are subject to change as necessary.

Conference attendees, HTNYS and HANYS staff, guests, speakers and sponsors are encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with CDC recommendations.

Specific information regarding masking policies during the event will be provided closer to the date of the conference.

You acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the 42nd Annual Trustee Conference, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event. You also voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure and agree not to hold Healthcare Association of New York State, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents or contractors liable for any illness or injury.

Media policy

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that HANYS may edit and use the records, photographs and video it captures of you, your likeness and/or voice at the HTNYS Annual Trustee Conference for marketing and promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business, and without any acknowledgment or payment of any kind. Any recordings, photographs or videos of any nature are the sole property of HANYS and its successors and assignees. HANYS disclaims all liability for the capture of your image by attendees in any multimedia format at the conference.
