Download the new Annual Trustee Conference app today!
We can’t wait to see you Sept. 11-13 in Saratoga Springs.
In preparation, we encourage registrants to download and log into our event app, vFairs. The app is required for contactless check-in and can be used to interact in real time with speakers and sponsors. It also lets you view the agenda, speaker slides and speaker bios; receive up-to-the-minute updates and reminders; explore HANYS PAC; take session notes and more! Please note: Only registered conference attendees can access the information in the app.
Steps for downloading the app and accessing the event
- Search for the vFairs app using your mobile device, and you will be automatically prompted to download or open the app. Alternatively, you can use one of the links below to download the app:
- from the Google Play store; or
- from the Apple store.
- Once the app is installed, tap on the app icon to launch it on your phone.
- You will then be prompted to enter your email; once entered, you can access the Annual Trustee Conference mobile app! Note, you must enter the email address you used to register for the conference. This email serves as your unique identifier and is what will allow you to view the conference on the mobile app. You do not need to set up a password.
That’s it — you’re in! Feel free to start exploring.
Important note on the app’s attendee list: The attendee list only shows other attendees’ information; you will not see yourself listed. To view or edit your attendee profile, click Menu on the bottom right of the main app page, then click View Profile located on the top of the page and choose Contact Card to update your profile details. From the Menu page you can also click the image with your initials on the top left to upload a profile photo.
