Making a reservation

Please call the hotel directly at 800.771.7711. Space is very limited. You can request to be added to the waitlist and the hotel will notify you if/when a room opens during your requested dates of stay. Many times, rooms will become available closer to the conference.

Room types and rates (rates vary by day; the range is provided below):

• The Brook | $199-$399
• The Tower | $269-$483
• The Tower Deluxe | $349-$483
• The Lodge | $444-$556

The walk from each room type to the main conference location is indoors and should take less than 10 minutes. Learn more about the specific accommodations here. Parking is free.
